OUR INFANT PROGRAM
for children ages 6 weeks to 18 months
Purple and Red rooms
Ratio: 2 teachers, 9 children

Children begin
learning at birth and we encourage them by playing games like pat-a-cake and
peek-a-boo. We develop the foundation for language while holding, singing
and talking to your child. The program is planned to meet the
individual needs of children. We work to understand each child’s
temperament, interests and physical needs. That’s why it is important that
you communicate with us on a regular basis! Children sleep and eat “on
demand” and their routines are developed with recognition of the child’s
needs and your family.
Emotionally, infants need to feel the security of a consistent and caring
caregiver. That is why our ratios are closely adhered to. We work with you
to provide consistency and comfortable routines for each child.

OUR TODDLER PROGRAM
for children ages 12 to 30 months
Yellow and Orange rooms
Ratio: 2 teachers, 10 children

These young
children need the opportunity to move freely, grow in physical skills as
well as develop those all-essential language skills. The physical
environment is safe, healthy, and contains a variety of toys and materials
that are both stimulating and familiar.

for children ages 24 to 36 months.
Gray room
Ratio: 2 teachers, 12 children

Children in this
age range are searching for autonomy and striving for independence.
Recognizing this, we give children choices whenever possible. We respect
them and interact with them in caring ways. The more we provide
opportunities for independence, the happier they are. They need
activities that interest them, and they learn by being actively involved.
Our tots are busy, happy children who enjoy the opportunity to dream, create
and learn with us!
